Get to know some of our Senior Staff:

Robert Jordan, P.E.
Bob is the Owner/President of Jordan Engineering Group. He has over 20 years of engineering experience and has focused his practice in the Southwest for the past 10 years. Prior to purchasing Jordan Engineering Group, Bob worked for a national structural engineering firm managing offices in Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, and Arizona. Bob received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

Daryl E. Young, P.E.
Daryl is a Senior Engineer and team Manager at Jordan Engineering Group. He has over 17 years of engineering experience as well as hands on experience in the construction industry. Daryl provides engineering for our clients in the Phoenix Valley, Tucson, and Las Vegas. Prior to joining Jordan Engineering Group, Daryl worked for a consulting engineering firm in Ohio and a national engineering firm in Arizona. Daryl received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Case Western University.

Mike McGill, P.E.
Mike is a Senior Engineer and Team Manager at Jordan Engineering Group. He has over 10 years of experience in residential structural design in the Northeastern and Southwestern United States. Mike provides engineering for our clients in Phoenix and Tucson. Prior to working for both Jordan Engineering Group and a national engineering firm in Pennsylvania and Arizona, Mike owned a contracting company in Pennsylvania and was engaged in all facets of residential construction.

James Jones, P.E.
James is a Senior Engineer and Team Manager at Jordan Engineering Group. James provides engineering for our clients in Phoenix and Tucson. Prior to working for Jordan Engineering Group, James worked for a national engineering firm in Phoenix.

Paul Krizan, P.E.
Paul is a Senior Engineer and Project Manager at Jordan Engineering Group. Paul provides project management for many of our clients in Phoenix and Las Vegas. Prior to working for Jordan Engineering Group, Paul worked for a structural engineering firm in Connecticut. Paul received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Connecticut.

Richard Rydel, P.E.
Richard is a Senior Engineer and Project Manager at Jordan Engineering Group. Richard provides project management for many of our clients in Phoenix and Tucson. Prior to working for Jordan Engineering Group, Richard worked for structural engineering firms in California and Colorado. Richard received his Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University.

John “Rick” Boyd, Senior Truss Technician
Rick is a Senior Truss Technician at Jordan Engineering Group. Rick provides truss component designs for our clients in Phoenix, Tucson, and Las Vegas. Additionally, Rick is responsible for the truss design standards and truss technician training at Jordan Engineering Group. JEG relies on Rick’s over 30 years of truss industry experience, including the management and oversight of a major truss manufacturer.
